Payment
Mad Marigolds accepts payment via PayPal.
Postage
Mad Marigolds offer postage within Australia. Unfortunately international orders are not accepted at this time.
Shipping prices are calculated with each order. Each order's shipping price will be calculated at the checkout and may be reviewed prior to the finalisation of the order.
Orders will be packed and sent from Townsville by Australia Post as Parcel Post. Please contact us if you require express postage prior to checking out and we'll do our best to organise this.
Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided in the order. Mad Marigolds does not take responsibility for lost parcels.
Variations
Mad Marigolds products are handmade, therefore slight variations will occur. Colours may vary slightly as each piece is individually made and colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor.
Custom Orders
All listings will note if the product is ready to ship or is required to be custom made. Ready to ship products will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Custom orders are generally shipped within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted in the listing. Mad Marigolds will contact you with an expected shipping date.
Returns
Refunds are only offered if the item is defective when received or not as described in the listing. You are welcome to return the item for exchange or a refund less any shipping charges. Please contact us prior to returning the item. Returned items must be delivered to us within 14 days from when the item was recieved. Returned items must be returned in the original condition. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Items must be received prior to an exchange or refund being issued. Please allow 1 week from when we recieve the returned item for it to be processed.
